Hi,
For the 1001-X, Transceivers are mapped as such:
Subslot 0/0 transceiver 0 = Te0/0/0
Subslot 0/0 transceiver 1 = Te0/0/1
Subslot 0/0 transceiver 2 = Gi0/0/0
Subslot 0/0 transceiver 3 = Gi0/0/1
Subslot 0/0 transceiver 4 = Gi0/0/2
Subslot 0/0 transceiver 5 = Gi0/0/3
Subslot 0/0 transceiver 6 = Gi0/0/4
Subslot 0/0 transceiver 7 = Gi0/0/5
So xcvr container 0/0/7 should map to Gi0/0/5.
What is the status of Gi0/0/5? If not used, please administratively shut it down;
If the status is UP UP, suggest to open a TAC case to investigate further.
