Hello, Most time we do routing and switching in data center. but we also need to contact ISP sometime. Now I am posting the question at Service Provider section in order to know how to use local preference, MED or AS-path etc from ISP perspective. It would be great and appreciated if any one provide the generate configuration or provide a link to explain with an example how to configure these bgp attributes. The company diagram is like this: Two routers in a company site are connected to two ISP routers respectively for example: Verizon and ATT. so one of the two routers is connected to Verizon as primary link and other is connected to Att as secondary link.
