How many ports are open for an A99-32X100GE-CM module?

Hello, I'm having a very difficult time locating documentation for how many ports are live "out of the box" for Consumption Model line cards (Not the 5th Generation Flexible Consumption Models.  These are specifically CM A99 line cards.  I know these are 4th and 3rd generation line cards, but how many ports are open to start?

A99-32X100GE-CM
A99-16X100GE-CM
A99-12X100GE-CM

Thanks!

Ok so I got some clarity on this.

What I said earlier about being required to buy a certain amount of licenses when you purchase the card is true. However, there is nothing stopping you from using more ports for 'free'. The licenses are honor-based.

The FCM cards are a little different, it is mandatory that you use smart licensing and buy a minimum number of essentials licenses per PID. The licenses work that if a port is out of admin shut then it counts against total BW for the card and the need for a license. In terms of the 100GE cards the licensing is done in multiples of 100GE.

The 32 port has a minimum of 13 essentials licenses, 16 port has a min of 6, and the 12 port 5.

From what I understand and have read on the topic there are no ports enabled by default, but licensing is required when you purchase the HW. There is some external information about FCM here:

Thanks,

Sam

This is helps to understand better the FCM models but those are 5th generation.  The CMs come with ports enabled (for example - the A9K-8X100GE-CM has 2x ports enabled).  That's what I'm finding difficult to find.

Let me do some more investigating, can you be specific on which PIDs you want to know this about?

Thank you.  Here's the list of 4th and 3rd generation line cards.  They have FC and CM versions...
