customer asked me if IOS XR (e.g. ASR9k) supports this configuration:
router bgp 1234
neighbor 1.2.3.4 remote-as 5678
neighbor 1.2.3.4 route-map MAP out
!
route-map MAPA permit 10
match ip address prefix-list PREFIX
set next-hop 1.2.3.10
!
The IP address 1.2.3.10 is not local IP address. Junos on MX supports this feature.
The question is if IOS-XR has internal verification process for such change.
