Key differences between ONS-CFP2-WDM vs ONS-C2-WDM

Can someone shed some light on this?  I cannot find anything on Cisco's site on the ONS-C2-WDM-DE-1HL.

I know they will both function on the A9K-MPA-2X100GE (6.5 and up) - we run 6.7.1 

I'd like to find some technical data/specs but can't find any.

Thanks I was aware of this link and read it thoroughly but didn't quite find what I was looking for.  The CFP2 in question is a ONS-C2-WDM-DE-1HL, the link only shows "D" and "DET" and it's a bit confusing which model the "DE" version is.

According to this there isn't a difference in the CFP2 or C2:

The main difference is whether is a D or DE/DET model and if it supports TOF:
