Md5sum error when installing IOS XR on NCS540

Hi All, 

im trying to install IOS XR on an NCS 540 acc sys, but evertime when i do the install add i get an error. 

First it was on the MD5 string, and now it is just failed. See the Install log below.
i also checked the MD5 string, and that is just the same as in the CSC.

Suggestion: check the md5 of files and if matches retry install add again to overcome intermittent file copy errors

Can anyone provide me some idea's or solutions?
