NCS5500 Crash - No logs

Looking for location of crash logs or dumps. I have checked the obvisous places /misc/scratch/dumper, /harddisk:/dumper

Overall the 5501 running version 6.3.2 crashed during the night and never fully loaded after the crash. After a manually power off and power on it came back up. Now I am looking for logs as to why it crashed in the first place. Is there another location on NCS5500 platform to look?

I also tried:

[sysadmin-vm:0_RP0:~]$dir /misc/disk1/

From the admin-->run prompt but it was empty

Good Day,

There are 2 things which can help to locate the core if present:

1. Log file may have message like:

%OS-COREHELPER-6-CORE_COPIED : Copied core xxxxxxx.xr-vm_node0_RP0_CPU0.293c6.core.gz to 0/RP0/CPU0:harddisk:

2. "show context" may also show the location:

RP/0/RP0/CPU0:ROUTER#show context

node:      node0_RP0_CPU0

------------------------------------------------------------------

Core location: 0/RP0/CPU0:harddisk:/core_files/

Usually it can be found just in the root of harddisk:.
