I was using IOS XE and moved to NCS540L IOSXR. OS Version 7.7.21
I used policy-map to achieve my PBR requirement for multiple default-route in IOS XE. In XE there is no such option to achive the PBR according to my needs. There I also found ABF (ACL Based Forwarding) in my NCS540, which cannot meet my actual requirements. Cause if force forwards the all not checking the route table.
I have couple of specific routes in my INT vrf and 3 default routes. I was to deploy a PBR for some of my LAN_IP public ip (SRC Based)
Scenario:
Suppose I have 3 lan prefix (10.0.0.0/24, 11.0.0.0/24, 12.0.0.0/24)
I have 3k specific routes & three default routes from 3 upstreams. (Upstr1, upstr2, upstr3)
I want a policy like
If src is 10.0.0.0/24 and destination is present in route table (Follow the route), if dst not in route table then forwards the default route towards Upstr1
If src is 11.0.0.0/24 and destination is present in route table (Follow the route), if dst not in route table then follow the default route towards Upstr2
I have yet found no such solution for this yet for NCS 540. I read that NCS some models have nexthope1 default option in IPV4 access-list (ABF), but there is no default option in NCS540.
