ping the WAN IP no response

We have two ASR9K each with a WAN link to upstream,  ASR configuration are similiar, however, one ASR WAN IP ping from Internet no response even remove all ACL appied,  wonder lpts apply to the control-plane, I am new in lpts, see can give me some hints

LPTS policing traffic, so i'd expect to see only some packets loss if the issue would be with LPTS, not all of them.

  • Does only ping traffic have problem?
  • Do you have this ping issue from both ASR9k pinging each other?
  • Can you ping your own IP address on every router?
  • Verify if you have any drops during the ping test matching the icmp packets:
  • Apply a hardware ACL with your source and destination IP address in order to verify if we see our icmp packets on the LCs for ingress and egress directions.
