Hi,
We are in the process of upgrading to IOS-XR in C12000. I have gone through the documents that the basic hardware and software prerequisites should be met for upgrading to IOS-XR.
1. The hardware is meeting all the prerequisites and I am planning to test IOS-XR but would like to know if any license to be purchased for Upgrading to XR. Because when I checked in Dynamic confiugration tool, I found "Cisco XR 12000 RP Memory Upgrade Kit" "XR-C12K-LCONV".
2. Also how about the HDD that XR requires as the current hardware configuration do not have and even the Cisco document does not specify about HDD.
"http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/ios_xr_sw/iosxr_r3.2/upgrade/guide/up32sing.html#wp1121414". HDD is only required for CRS in XR releases and not on GSR?
Please revert.
thanks in advance
Arun
