Problem with my ASR 1002 FIX Router

I have ASR 1002 Fix router with

i change IOS test different IOS version Upgrade cards

Earse router statt Up config

Problem is router donot forware packet donnot have ping loopback ip address interface

Or donnet have ping own ip address set on physically inteface

i export tech-support file and attach to this mail
