Hi,
Im getting syslog events for IP SLA reaction configurations in IOS XR. I need this messages to be send as traps to the configured SNMP manager. I have enabled "syslog" traps under snmp-server configuration as well. Do I need to add anything else?
Do we have any equivalent for "ip sla monitor logging traps" IOS command required in IOS XR?
Please help!
Regards,
Darshak

Darshak,
snmp trap support for IPSLA in XR is limited.
The traps used for IP SLA are defined in the CISCO-RTTMON-MIB, and are a subset of rttMonNotifications. You might want to give that a try.
You can enable syslogging via the following command sequence:
!! IOS XR Configuration 4.2.3
ipsla
reaction operation 1
react packet-loss source-to-dest
action logging
!
!
!
end

Thanks Xander,
It seems the problem is with SNMP manager itself. The XR configuration is correct.
