From where can I download asr9k XR optional PIEs as asr9k-doc-p.pie-4.1.1

When I checked download software secrtion didnt find the PIEs ; only the mail release [unless it it was there and I didnt notice ]

The individual PIEs aren't put on CCO by themselves.  They are included in the OS tarball.  For example here is 4.3.2 tarball.  All the optional PIEs would be included.  Just download the tarball and untar it and then load the individual PIEs you are looking for.
