The documentation shows that call answer / hold / end call should work from the buttons on the headset. So far this doesn't work for me with either Jabber 12.9.x or Webex app 41.1/2.
Anyone else having this issue or have solved it?

Rob

Hi Rob,
Couple of questions:
Are you using the dongle provided (recommended)?
Are you using Windows or Mac?
Have you upgraded the dongle (if using) and Headset to the latest firmware?
You can upgrade the Headset using your App on your smartphone, or you can upgrade both, headset and dongle via https://upgrade.cisco.com/accessories
Thanks
Geovani

I have updated both the USB adapter and the headset. My system is Windows and I have been using the direct bluetooth for connectivity. First time I've heard that the recommended interface is the USB Adapter rather than direct bluetooth.
Just tested with the USB adapter and call control from the headset is working. Can you direct me to the documentation that recommends the USB adapter for call control?
Thanks,
Rob
