USB PORT on 8851 cisco phone, will this communicate with my pc?

If so, is there software that would assist running our phone setup?  our HIS headset is connected to the phone.

currently we are switching from another phone to your 8851 we are looking at wired headphone setups.

What you expect by usb on 8851 connect to the pc

usb on 8851 is for:- 

A side USB port enhances the usability of call handling by enabling wired or wireless headsets, as well as provides up to 500-mA power output at 5V or 2.5W for smartphone charging.

Simple answer, no it will not. As @Nithin Eluvathingal wrote the USB port is primarily meant to be used for headsets.
