Webex App (Unified APP) is unable to be installed

Hi All,

A friend has an old version of Webex already installed, when he tried to install the latest version of the new Unified Webex app, the Windows installer (Windows 10) keep asking about missing files, and the setup failed!

He is unable to install the new app nor uninstalling the old app.

Any idea?

_un install old one

_download windows troubleshooter

_restart pc

_install new one
