unable to backup virtual blade (wave)

Hi Fernand,

So FTP access seems to be fine.

Can you check the logs of the FTP server when you try to backup the VB to see if the WAVE is even trying to upload the file?

Can you also share your VM config?

Regards,

Nicolas

unable to backup virtual blade (wave)

Hi Fernand,

Can you check the FTP server logs and see what the WAVE is trying to do when you issue the command?

Does doing a "copy sysreport ftp ..." with he same parameters works fine?
