Hi,
i try to backup virtual blade on FTP server but the msg appears:
WAAS-FR-TEST-CATS-WAVE294-1#copy virtual-blade 1 disk 1 ftp a.b.c.d / testbck.img
Enter username for remote ftp server: anonymous
Enter password for remote ftp server:
Put failed: File unavailable (e.g., file not found, no access)
You have a good idea???

Hi Fernand,
So FTP access seems to be fine.
Can you check the logs of the FTP server when you try to backup the VB to see if the WAVE is even trying to upload the file?
Can you also share your VM config?

Can you check the FTP server logs and see what the WAVE is trying to do when you issue the command?
Does doing a "copy sysreport ftp ..." with he same parameters works fine?

Mummmmm...it's work now.....strange..but this morning i changed the right on FTP server....
it may be that , I'll do the test by submitting the original configuration..
