Hello Everyone,
We've run into an issue where we'd like to monitor unsupported devices. Just wondering if anyone knows of a clever workaround for the Polycom SoundPoint 450.
Thanks,
Richard

As you appear to know, given your question, Cisco TAPI is not for unsupported (non-Cisco) devices. I'll mark this assumed answered, but if some non-Cisco person has any input, I hope they'll feel free to contribute.

Richard,
If you just want to know about the calls coming in or originated from this device, you can create a Cisco phone thats shares a line with Polycom phone, include the Cisco Phone in your TAPI application control list and collect the call data. You will not be able to do any features on the call answered at Polycom device.
