Hi guys,
I have been trying to migrate a TCL IVR script from 2900 to ISR router for days, but the router show a lot of erros.
On debug process the most part of the functions are not compatible with the new platform.
The script is very simple with options and make calls.
What do you suggest ?

All my prompts are playing now. The problem was codec format, I changed to g711alaw.
But my problem is on call connection now.
When the user press the option and the call connect on destination but there is not voice in both sides.

When I select the option I listen the calling tone but the call is dropped before somebody answer the call.

Hi,
I have done the changes like your suggestion.
Depend of the option selected I had different returns like ls_010, ls_020 and ls_002.
At the moment of ls_002 return the call was forward to destination but no answered. The end user does not see the call on destination point.

What was the call flow ? can you please describe it ?
pri...gw...sip...CUCM... ? or sip... gw...sip...CUCM... ?
is it sip trunk or pri connection between itsp ?
Can you please share your working config, I have smilar case we are try to migrate isr g1 to ISR4K pri to sip trunk.
