Sorry to say I have installed ver 16.9.4 and still encountering this issue..I am trying to connect to a NAS via the 10G ports and it intermittently goes dead..Attempting t roll back firmware and hopefully find one that works.

The bug is reportedly fixed in 3.4.1 Update 1. However, this update does NOT fix the problem. I installed the update last night, and I am still unable to sort any columns in the alarm tables.
