I use 12.5.1.13900-152 and it just happed today.I cannot get any report from hunt pilot which I just used it last month.even I use Chrome, Edge or Firefox or on Private, Incognito mode don't help.

Another workaround - moving a WAP to a different WLC and back also clears the issue (no reboot required)
