Community Development Updates


Community Experience Enhancements:  

The community development team has implemented the following enhancements to improve community user’s experience: 

  • Featured Topics: Community Managers can highlight knowledge articles and blogs 
  • Community “VIP” Page: The VIP page has a simpler and cleaner new design.   
  • Community Corner: The categories within “Community Corner” have been simplified allowing members to find the content faster. 
  • Encouraging User Log-In: A new stateful right rail component brings visibility to the benefits of logging into the community and makes the login CTA more prominentOnce logged in, community members now have easier access to their personal bookmarks, subscriptions, notifications, and community stats. 
  • Search Bar: Community members are encouraged to use phrases to drive more relevant results. 
  • Faster Forum Access for NetAcad Instructors: The Networking Academy team can now use API calls to automate access to their private instructor forums. 
  • Guided Resources Navigation Updates: Community members can now easily find Guided Resources by product within the navigation.
