January is a month full of New Year's wishes and excitement for all of us. We welcome new hope based on the memories of last year with our beloved family and friends. Thankfully, the wonderful January winners have all delivered new energy of the new year to the community, willing to face new challenges and roles. Let's give them a big round of applause for spending their precious time for peers and other community members!

The Cisco Community recognizes members who share knowledge and advice. The Spotlight Award badges will be permanently displayed on the winners' profiles, an icon will appear next to their names for 30 days, and we will send them a Spotlight Award trophy.
