Hi,

I am trying to install a DNA Center and use the 169.254.32.0/20 and 169.254.48.0/20 APIPA addresses as recommended in the documentation:

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/cloud-systems-management/network-automation-and-management/dna-center/2-3-4/install_guide/2ndgen/b_cisco_dna_center_install_guide_2_3_4_2ndGen/m_plan_deployment_2_3_4_2ndgen.html#concept_t3c_dbj_sfb

But when I try to use the addresses it says they are not valid.

Hi,

What ISO version are you using to install DNAC?

DNAC should populate that by default from 2.1.x and above. Did you have to enter them yourself?

Regards.

Version 2.3.3.6 from USB. The fields were empty, and I needed to type in something to continue.

Reimaged the USB and booted from it, and everything worked from then on.
