CLI Analyzer Error - System Diagnostics currently not available

Hello,

whenever I try to run the CLI Analyzer System Diagnostic Tool, I receive one of the following errors:

Cisco IOS-XE System Diagnostics is currently unavailable [471]

Cisco NX-OS System Diagnostics is currently unavailable [472]

etc.

Is somebody at Cisco aware of this? I could not find any information about the issue online.

Is there any solution for this?

In my case (Cisco CLI Analyzer v3.6.4), the diagnostic runs fine for the IOS devices, but not for the IOS-XE ones. This is the error:

Cisco IOS-XE System Diagnostics is currently unavailable [471]
