Proximity Sharing Issues - Desktop/Windows Teams Client to Room Kit Devices

Hi,

 

We have several users having the issue of wireless sharing from their Desktops/laptops after it is proximity paired with Webex Teams to Room Kit devices (Kit Mini/Kit)

 

The device(laptop/desktop) gets paired with the room kit devices without issues. however when the sharing is initiated by the user, it shows on the screen that "<user> started a wireless share" and then presented with the error window and a message "Unable to connect call"

 

Could this be a network issue or laptop issue, as the issue is getting triggered as soon as sharing is initiated? Is there any specific ports that could be blocking the content getting shared?
