Good day
Currently in an SX20 Codec when using Cisco Proximity it does not find the codec SX20 and sends the following message: "This video system uses Spark"
Has anyone ever happened to you before?
Actions done:
The provisioning is already activated HTTPS.

Hi,
I believe your system is registered to the Spark Cloud. For Spark cloud registered device, you need to use the Spark apps. More details can be found here:https://www.ciscospark.com.
As for proximity, is use for on-prem regsitered devices. And for that, you have to make sure that the proximity mode (configuration) is turn on.
Hope this helps.

Hi Teck
The SX20 codec previously worked the Proximity and detected the PCs without problems, from one moment to another stopped fuencionar and when we try to connect us indicate "This video system uses Spark". However we did not have it registered in Spark Clound either.
I do not know why he sent that message?

Hi,
Without logs, I cannot tell much either.
a) open a TAC case for TAC to check your config
b) is there any "nearby" codecs that is interfering
c) is proximity mode turn on
