Customer is trying desktop proximity on a windows laptop and an SX80 running CE8. The content as viewed on the far end is very blurry - to the point of being unable to read normal text. If the user plugs into the wired input, the content is displayed clearly on the remote end. We havne't found any reason for this behaviour.
Do you have any more details about the presentation and the conversation?
- Not sure of the laptop screen resolution, but it was the same when plugged in hardwired and no problems there.
