Customer is trying desktop proximity on a windows laptop and an SX80 running CE8. The content as viewed on the far end is very blurry - to the point of being unable to read normal text. If the user plugs into the wired input, the content is displayed clearly on the remote end. We havne't found any reason for this behaviour.

I am not familiar with Cisco proximity.
Does the problem situation run over WiFi?

Yes...
- Not sure of the laptop screen resolution, but it was the same when plugged in hardwired and no problems there.
- Call was point to point
- SX80 running CE8.0 Beta 15, Proximity (windows version) Desktop 1.0.0 Beta 8

Actually - no. That's the version that was available when we installed the unit. I'll have them upgrade and test again.

Did the upgrade solve the issue? If not, could you please post a picture showing the problem?
