what is Spark Shared Meeting do ? and what is the difference between it and Spark Device Subscription?

TL;DR: it’s a concurrent meeting license model. IMO it’s a little dangerous and rarely the right fit vs other license models (eg Named User, Active User, Employee Count). For one thing, it doesn’t enforce a hard cap if you exceed the concurrent licensed meetings nor does it ever step back down in the future if your usage subsides. It just increases your contract at license true-up.

In that case, what is the difference between the A-SPK-SH-CLD-SMP and A-PRM-LIC-SPK-SMP vs the other buying model (EA, NU and AU)? Many thanks
