Adding shared email in Unity Distribution List

Hello,

User requested to receive voicemail emails on a shared email address. I've checked on Unity server but only found the option to add end user in Distribution list. I manually added an end user with the requested shared email, added this user in DL but the email is not delivering to the shared email. Their are other users added in the same DL and they are able to receive emails for voicemail.

Please let me know if I'm missing anything and how should I get this working?

How is your shared email address setup in the mail system? If is it a distribution list in Exchange you need to enable it to receive emails. A quick Google on this topic will get you a long way.
