Recently, we have confronted with a new problem without having any changes in our Cisco Call Manager. It takes a time to transfer or forward the call. I mean that when we want to transfer a call and push transfer button it takes a time to perform this action.

please share some more details on this. from where are you trying to transfer the call and to whom ? along with the version/firmware of phone

We have Cisco Call Manager 10.5 and use CIPC 8.6.5. This problem occurs in any type of the call(Transferring Internal call to another extension or External call to internal extension). Totally it occurs for both internal and external calls.

We have understood something about this problem recently. There is no problem with SIP devices and is transferred with no delay. But SCCP devices have problem with transferring and forwarding and it takes a time to take place.
Is there any configuration for SIP and SCCP separately?

kindly check if there is any other overlapping pattern configured in CUCM. there could be a possibility that CUCM is waiting for another pattern to be hit or waiting for any other digit to be entered by user to transfer the call.
