All users seem to be able to control their assigned phone correctly, but when attempting to set the client to use pc for calls, the icon comes up with a red X on it. Any ideas on where to start?

Hi Darren
For this function you need to do the following:
1) Ensure your application/Jabber/settings menu in CUPS has TFTP servers configured pointing at your CUCM servers.
2) Add a Cisco Unified Client Services Framework for EACH user; add a shared line with their desk phone to it. Then associate that device with the end user's account.
Then restart Jabber and cross your fingers...!
