We are changing our site URL.  I am guessing our users will need to take some steps so that Webex continues to work. Has anyone made this change and how did they communicate to their users.

I think it will depend on how your users are using webex. E.g., Bookmarks, future meeting invites, recurring meeting invites, productivity tools, webex meetings app, jabber integration, etc.
