Hi All,

We have CUCM 11.5, and we would like to implement call recording feature to it. Is there any call recording solution from Cisco. I heard about End-of-Sale and End-of-life announcement from Cisco about Cisco Media Sense. Could you please suggest a better solution?

Nothing native. The closest is is Cisco WFO-QM but that is just an older version of Calabrio’s product that has been OEMed/relabeled.

Define your requirements and do a little research into which vendor is the best fit. There are dozens of them out there; Calabrio, Zoom International, imagicle, and Verint are a few common examples.
