hi guys,
i have a remote site with 20 phones with one voice vlan. so i am using IP subnet in CER to track the phones. i have a ERL created and associated to that ip subnet in cer.
now when i call out, it doesnt use that ERL. rather it choose the default ERL i have it configured for the main site.
cucm /cer ver 11.5
any idea?

resolved.
CER was integrated with cucm using CUCM pub ip for snmp. however, teh pub was not running the call manager services. once i enabled that , all worked. or i could reconfigure it and point to another cucm in the cluster which is running ccm services.
