Hi ,
Cisco IP Phones losing connection with CUCM Server 11.5SU4.
All the phones are losing connection on the same time.
I downloaded callmanager logs from RTMT and saw the following:

I saw on the documents the following:
16: DuplicateRegistration - Unified CM detected that the device attempted to register to two nodes at the same time. Unified CM initiated a restart to the phone to force it to re-home to a single node. No action is necessary; the device will re-register automatically.
I need to investigate the reason of this issue.
Any suggest?

Is this a single phone or more than one phone?
Suggestion: Pulling the log from the phone itself will tell you from the phone's perspective what is causing it to attempt duplicate registrations.
