Cisco Jabber - how to reject video calls

My company just started using Cisco Jabber. Is there a way to reject incoming calls that use video?

From the perspective of the end user, no.

Can it accept the call, but not display the video?

Not as an end user, you can only tell it to send the video or not.

Video capabilities can be restricted in configuration, possibly regionally or with a parameter pushed to the client. Presumably the EnableVideo parameter would not just reject the call.
