Hello All
My ExpressWay‘s version is 8.7 and imps server is 10.5.2.
I met the below error message after resetting Cisco Jabber version 12 when I login Cisco Jabber.
" Cannot locate server. Check your server address. If the problem perisistes, contact your systme administrator."
I tried to login with Cisco Jabber 11.9 and 12.0 in Android Phone.
Cisco Jabber 11.9 work, but 12.0 doesn't work.
Is the problem a bug?

have you got public SRV records so the MRA client can discover the Expressway's public IP address, based on the domain of the user that is trying to log int (remember first time log in shoudl be user@domain.com)?

Hi
The Cisco Jabber client can login and work on Intranet first time. I can login on internet or 4G next time.
I think ExpressWay server have a bug. I'm planing to upgrade edge_C and Edge_E to 8.9 next week.
I'll tell you if the problem be fixed after upgrading.
