We have recently upgraded a few users to Cisco Jabber v12.5 from 11.9.3 . There is no issue in any country globally but in UK with English ( UK) customization keyboard if user type " key (i.e.. Shift+2) in chat window jabber detects two key strokes "@. As a workaround user delete @ manually .This happens with all user in UK and if use virtual keyboard with UK Layout on US Pc's its same issue. Is this a bug with ver12.5 ? If no , any possible solution. A TAC case is opened and awaiting response.

We are experiencing the same issue for users that have been moved onto Version 12.5.0.22884 Build 272884.
There seems to be a fix for the Canadian French keyboard, (which also has the double quote " for Shift+2, rather than the @ for a US keyboard), in 12.5.1.27406.
The bug for that is CSCvn73056 - https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvn73056
