CMS Cluster - Active Calls Drop

Hello ,

We've 3 CMS in our cluster . In case of failover (CMS 1 go down) , the active calls on CMS 1 is dropping. CMS failover works for active calls or not ?

I suppose that it's normal. 

This is already established call. CMS should to balance new calls only.

Correct, same behavior as if a SW/HW CFB was being used, if the bridge goes down, so does the call and you would need to dial in again, assuming the proper redundancy is configured to choose a working bridge.

If the call happens to be distributed, then those who are in the bridge that fails, goes down, etc. would be the only affected.
