Conference and Merge option is Greyed out in Jabber for windows for all the users.

Using CUCM 12.5 version. MRGL is added. 

Can someone help me on this.

Have you set the parameter "Maximum Number of Calls" on the directory number set to something greater than 2?

Yes the maximum number of calls is set to 6.

I assume when you say that an MRGL is added, you also mean that the MRGL has conference resources in it. What kind of conference resources? Is this the CUCM software conference bridge or a hardware conference resource?

What is in the Jabber-config.xml for these devices?
