We are starting to add the Cisco 8865 phones to our environment, but we are unable to connect our Jabber clients (Windows) to them. Has anyone else run into this issue? I have no issue connecting to a 8841 or even a DX650. Just not to the 8865. Our CUCM is on ver. 10.5.2
Any help is appreciated.

Did you verify that the end user has the following Permissions configured:

Yes, I have both of these enabled. I know that these are also required for connecting to an 8841 or DX650.
