Disable manual speed dial setup for 88XX series

I would like to disable manual speed dial on 88XX series phone. Is there any option available for this?

I don't know of an administrative menu to accomplish this. But if it is just a few phones - or if it is all of them - you might try setting up a Phone Button Template where the un-used buttons are set to "None" as a purpose rather than "Speed Dial".
