DTMF issue with cisco unity connection (external only)

Hi, I was hoping someone can assist.  I'm having issues when someone calls our main line and they try to enter any option and it won't recognize the DTMF.  DTMF works internally and also work when external callers call our call center (UCCX), the issue just seems to be with cisco unity connection.  Any suggestions or help?

If options are  not working  during the greeting, disable the below  from  greeting page?

  • What type of integration do you have for CUC and CM?
  • What type of integration do you use for your voice gateway?
  • Have you enabled rfc2833 DTMF?
  • What type of connection with PSTN do you have, TDM or SIP?
