Hi, I was hoping someone can assist. I'm having issues when someone calls our main line and they try to enter any option and it won't recognize the DTMF. DTMF works internally and also work when external callers call our call center (UCCX), the issue just seems to be with cisco unity connection. Any suggestions or help?
