iPhone XS Jabber client not registered with CUCM 11.5

Hi All,

All the jabber client running in Iphone are not getting registered in CUCM suddenly. Before it was working fine. No any changes has been made in CUCM side. When trying to log in, it says: unable to communicate with server. No expresssway is there. They are connected via company WIFI or via VPN.

I beleive issue is because of Network. Is there a way to berify this? What could be the reason?

Attached are some log file.

Thank You

I don't see any attachment but --

Dual Mode devices support a single registration, the CM will disconnect it if another device registers over the top of it

They also count as a registered device with the system because of the SNR capabilities

You could test with one device to delete/recreate the profile and if it suddenly starts working, then restart CM services to see if they will become available

At one point they were not visible in the device counts, and you could blow the max registration counts because of this, but the UCM logs if max registrations are reached.

CUCM version is 11.5. Upcoming checking the syslog found below:

ReasonForOutOfService=12    —  TCPucmResetConnection – The Cisco Unified Communication Manager reset the TCP connection

Anything you found at your side?
