We have - Version 12.8.0.51973 Build 301973
Getting a few complaints about conferencing being unreliable - numerous issues- including unable to join -
Anyway - was investigating and I do have one error I can repeat ..
If im connected on jabber and the computer goes to sleep - (connection suspends) - on reconnect everything works fine - or appears to work fine - however
When I enter a persistent chat room and click 'call' this normally starts a conference - this fails.
When I reset jabber and do the same thing - it works perfectly -
The failure is - you have exceed max 10 participants - two things- one - where is this set ? we want a max of 16
second - there is only 6 people in the list.
