Hi,

I did the configuration of the link: cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/jabber/Android/8_6/JABA_BK_A940B90D_00_jabber-for-android-admin-guide_chapter_010.pdf...

I put the file cmterm-android_8.6.....cop.sgn on CUCM....

But the jabber device is not registering with the CUCM 8.5...

Can you help me please?

Hi Jean

Have you rebooted your CUCM cluster after applying the Android device pack? You definitely need to do this - the phone will not register until the cluster has been rebooted (even if CUCM will let you configure the Android phone).

HTH. Barry

I will reboot the cluster in a few minutes...

Hi Barry!!

Great! It is doing internal calls right now!!

But the problem is other right now..   The device with jabber is disconnecting and connecting after 2 or more calls..

Hi Jean

Have you created a new SIP profile for the Android device as per the documentation. This changes some of the SIP timers that can cause this kind of behaviour.

You will also find the Jabber client will disconnect if you are on a GSM call.

HTH. Barry

Hi,

I did a new SIP profile for android device.

I´m not on a GSM call..

There are moments that the call drop during a call via cisco jabber...

My problem is some parameter..

thanks.
