my voice environment have the following:
cucm 11.5.1.29
IM&P 11.5.1
expressway-E 8.10
video communication service control 8.10
im trying to get jabber up and running but i can only log into it from outside and start chat service but phone service wont start , even though i added cucm on the "video communicatio service control" and it is showing active , also jabber is working from inside the network , please help

So Jabber phone service is not working with MRA right? Are all the requested ports open on the firewall according to the MRA deployment guide?
check page 50.
Are the status OK on the expressway c System --> Unified Communications Page?
